आक्रोश की आग परिणाम तक सुलगती रहे वर्ना मुर्दों के शहर में जिंदा लाशें आती रहेगी

दर्द को महसूस करना और उसको शब्दों में उकेरने से कई गुना मुश्किल है दर्द को चलचित्र में समेटना। 32 वर्ष पुराने कश्मीरी हिंदुओं के दर्दे-हक़ीक़त को जिस शिद्दत से विवेक अग्निहोत्री ने ‘द कश्मीर फाइल्स’ में समेटा है की आंसू थमने का नाम ही नहीं लेते। जुल्म की पराकाष्ठा को देखना ही मुश्किल है तो सहने वालों पर क्या बीती होगी ? सोचकर ही रूह कांप जाती है। रगों में लहू का उबाल किसी लावे से कम नहीं। ऐसे नरसंहार की हम तो हम कल्पना भी नहीं कर सकते लेकिन वो उस घाव के साथ जी रहे हैं जिस पर कभी मरहम लगा ही नहीं।
सुहानी वादियों में बसेरा करने वालों को टाट के पेबन्दों में झकड़ लिया। बर्फ की चादर ओढ़ने वालों को आग के शोलो में झोंक दिया। बेटे के हाथ पर एक हल्की सी खरोंच पर ही माँ-बाप का कलेजा मुंह को आ जाता है, समय से दस मिनट की देरी होने पर ही औलाद के लिए हम ईश्वर से सकुशलता की प्रार्थना करने लग जाते हैं। लेकिन उन कश्मीरी भाई-बहनों का क्या… जो आरे से चीरे गए, गोलियों से भुने गए, एसिड के ड्रम में उतारे गए। जिनसे एक बार नहीं, एक बार में दस-दस दरिंदों ने बलात्कार किये। जो आज तक लौट कर घर नहीं आये, उनके इंतजार में पथराई बूढ़ी आंखों पर कौन स्नेह का लेप करेगा ?
हम दो इंच जमीन के पीछे वर्षों तक लड़ते रहते हैं लेकिन इन्हें अपनी जिंदगी भर की दौलत को दो मिनट में छोड़कर अपने घर से बेघर होना पड़ा। अपना घर छोड़ने के बाद भी अपने ही मुल्क में कहलाये तो क्या..सिर्फ ‘शरणार्थी’। किसी का बेटा किसी की बहू, किसी की बहिन-मां-बाप, न जाने कितने अनाम रिश्ते जो आज भी शिविरों में उनका इंतजार कर रहे हैं। जो चला गया उसे लौटा कर तो नहीं लाया जा सकता लेकिन जिसने यह सब किया और जिसके साथ हुआ, वो सच तो दुनियां के सामने आना ही चाहिए। मोदी सरकार को भी अपना वादा निभाते हुए कश्मीरी हिंदुओं की घर वापसी का इंतजाम करना चाहिए।
तत्कालीन केंद्र और राज्य सरकार की यह सबसे बड़ी नाकामी थी। नाकामी कहें या नजरअंदाजी जिसने यह सब देखकर भी अनदेखा किया। चंद टुकड़ों के लिए अपने ही भाइयों को अपने ही देश में शरणार्थी बना दिया। धारा 370 हटाने के लिए मोदी सरकार का साधुवाद है लेकिन हमे सिर्फ सरकार और राजनीतिक पार्टियों के भरोसे भी नहीं रहना चाहिए। व्यक्तिगत और सामाजिक स्तर पर भी प्रयास करने चाहिए ताकि कश्मीरी हिंदुओं की घर वापसी हो सके। तभी इस फ़िल्म को देखने और दिखाने के उद्देश्य पूरा होगा। हो-हल्ला करने और बाते करने से कुछ होने जाने वाला नहीं है।
सच सामने आने के बाद से ही अरुन्धतियों, मेननाओं और बरखाओं कि बोलती बंद है। रील हीरो को सांप सूंघ गया है। खानों और शबानाओं के साथ अख़्तरों की कलम मयखानों में डूबी है। बात बात में डर का मातम मनाने वालों को कोई बताए कि ये हिंदुस्तान में कितने सुरक्षित हैं। यह जरूरी है कि आक्रोश की आग परिणाम तक सुलगती रहे, वर्ना मुर्दों के शहर में जिंदा लाशें आती ही रहेगी और इतिहास फिर से दोहराए जाते ही रहेंगे। ‘द कश्मीर फाइल्स’ ने एक सच दिखाया है। हमें इंतजार है ओर भी ऐसी फिल्मों के साथ ‘द ताशकंद फाइल्स’ का भी… जिसमें लाल बहादुर शास्त्री की हत्या का राज बेपर्दा होगा।

It is more difficult to compile pain in a film than feel the pain or pain depicted in words. The telling manner in which Vivek Agnihotri has compiled the 32 year old pain of Kashmiri Pandits in the film: ‘The Kashmir Files’ – the tears are flowing unabated. If it is difficult to see the gruesome cruelty – then imagine how difficult it was for those who had to undergo it. The very soul trembles at the very thought. The blood boils like lava. We can’t even imagine this genocide but they are living with it, with no attempt to balm their wounds.
The ambiences of the ‘Heaven on Earth’; and those who are under the cover of snow have been burnt by the balls of fire. If a child gets even a scratch or gets delayed even by 10 minutes in coming home – the parents gets so worried but what about those Kashmiri brothers and sisters, who were sawed alive, riddled with bullets, or immersed in the drums of acid. They were not raped once but gang raped 10 times. They have not come back but aged old eyes have become like stone in the wait.
We kept fighting for two inch of land but there people left their homes and hearths within two minutes. In their own country they are being called refugees. Someone lost his son, his daughter, his sis-in-law, his sisters, his parents. They are still waiting in the refugee camps. Those who have gone can’t come back but the gruesome truth should be brought towards the eyes of everyone.
The Modi government should ensure the return of Kashmiri Pandits. Former State and Union Governments have been incompetent in handling Kashmir’s issues.
Some Governments even overlooked an issue for little money . We are indebted to Modi Ji for removing Article 370 but we shouldn’t only be dependent on government and political parties for resettling the Kashmiri pandits. There should be an effort of each individual in the society to undo the injustice and resettle the Kashmiri Pandits.
After the truth has come out in the movie: Arundhatis and Barkhas have become quiet.The pen of Khans and Shabanas and Akhtars is dipped in ‘maikhanas’. For every little issues these people tom-tomming that there is fear in the country. In reality are safe
here. The outrage should reach a conclusion otherwise live death bodies will keep coming in dead city. Films like ‘The Kashmir Files’ have served a purpose. Now awaiting the film ‘The Tashkent Files’, which will throw light on the mystery of the death of Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri..
